About the role

To be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with the organizational standards of practice Ensure that your own practice meets the required professional standards of practice To be accountable for all aspects of own work, including the management of patients in your care and to ensure a high standard of clinical care supporting other staff to do likewise

What you'll do

• Be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient treatment records in line with the organizational standards of practice
• Ensure that your own practice meets the required professional standards of practice
• Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work, including the management of patients in your care and to ensure a high standard of clinical care…
• Ensures safety at discharge and continuation of progress by providing, home exercise programs, family/caregiver instruction
• Formulate accurate prognoses and recommend best course of intervention, developing comprehensive discharge plans, liaising with doctors/ consultants as appropriate

What you need

• 1–5 yrs of experience
• B.Sc
