About the role
This is a full-time remote position for a Fitness Consultant. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals by providing personalized fitness plans, expert guidance, and motivation.
What you'll do
- Conduct personalized tele-coaching sessions to assess client goals and limitations
- Design customized fitness plans considering fitness levels, preferences, and health conditions
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure client progress
- Monitor progress and adjust plans for continued improvement
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and feedback
