Pilates Coach

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pilates Coach to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering customized Pilates programs for clients across all fitness levels, with a strong focus on core strength, postural alignment, injury rehabilitation, and mind-body connection. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, and the ability to coach clients effectively in home settings.

What you'll do

• Develop customized online Pilates programs and guide clients through live video sessions
• Monitor client progress through online tracking tools, adjusting programs as needed based on feedback and results
• Provide virtual form corrections and technique feedback through video analysis
• Engage clients between sessions for ongoing motivation, accountability, and support
• Design and deliver targeted Pilates programs for specific populations including pre/postnatal clients, seniors, athletes, and clients in rehabilitation

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Communication
• Any graduate

What you get

• ₹300–₹450 a hour
