Lead and analyze pilot runs to validate that the product design and manufacturing process meet technical requirements before a full product launch Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate production bottlenecks Coordinate between engineering, sourcing, quality, and operations to ensure material readiness and component quality.
