About the role

The Planning Assistant – Solar is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for solar EPC projects. The role ensures that civil, electrical, and module installation activities are aligned and completed as per the approved project timeline.

What you'll do

• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Prepare detailed project schedules covering civil foundations, MMS installation, module mounting, electrical works, and commissioning
• Develop baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules for solar projects
• Update schedules based on site progress and identify critical path activities
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
• Project management
• MIS reporting
• Vendor management
• MS Project
• Primavera
• Solar
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

Good to have

• Site execution
