About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Deputy Manager - Production Planning & Control (PPC) to manage end-to-end production planning, material planning, scheduling, and inventory control in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts
• Generate Material Requirement Planning (MRP) through the ERP/SAP system and monitor execution
• Prepare detailed shop floor schedules, model-wise production priorities, contingency plans, and line loading
• Conduct daily production planning meetings with cross-functional teams (Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Logistics, and Sales)
• Monitor production progress and revise schedules to meet customer delivery commitments

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• SAP
• MIS reporting
• Reporting

• Sales
• ERP
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have
