What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera
- Define timelines for all activities, including civil, MEP, finishing, and development/infra works
- Plan Mivan cycle timelines, slab casting schedules, and shuttering reuse strategies for maximum productivity
- Estimate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project targets and progress
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule
