Proven track record of leading production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvement functions. Experience handling CAPEX planning, cost optimization, inventory management, and customer-facing operations. Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

What you'll do

  • Lead overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets
  • Drive production planning, manpower management, and capacity optimization to ensure seamless manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with Sales, PPC, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to align production schedules with customer demand
  • Ensure adherence to customer delivery requirements, inventory targets, and operational KPIs
  • Lead preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and asset utilization programs to maximize plant uptime
