Plant Head (Continuous Manufacturing-Rubber/Steel/Glass/Petrochemicals, 18+ yrs)

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: A degree in engineering or a related field. Confidence in handling production targets and deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Opportunity to lead a large-scale manufacturing plant with full operational accountability and direct reporting to the COO.

What you'll do

• Lead overall plant operations, ensuring delivery of production, quality, and customer service targets
• Manage continuous process manufacturing systems, including kiln and furnace-based operations
• Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, OEE improvement, and productivity enhancement programmes
• Oversee maintenance, engineering, utilities, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards
