Plant HR Manager

About the role

A well-known Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced HR Manager/ Plant HR to lead the complete HR function at the plant. The role will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, strengthening HR processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting a productive and engaged workforce.

What you'll do

• Recruitment & Workforce Planning
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the plant, including manpower planning and onboarding
• Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures
• Develop and maintain effective recruitment and retention strategies
• Drive the annual performance management process, including goal setting, KRAs/KPIs, performance reviews and appraisals
