• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Develop, execute, and optimize maintenance schedules. Monitor equipment health using condition-based maintenance techniques
• Breakdown Management Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures. Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
• Safety & Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHS standards and company policies. Conduct risk assessments, LOTO compliance
• Cost Control Manage maintenance budgets and optimize maintenance costs. Reduce maintenance expenditure through continuous improvement initiatives
