About the role

Propose technical solution promoting VAPs and service . Comply with credit policy for customer creation Plant Production Coordination Based on payment terms, follow up & collect the receivables For outstanding with more than 30 days and/or those having technical or commercial issues, coordinate with Customer Accounts Mgt team to get the payment in time

What you'll do

• Ensure coordination between the customers & the plant manager to ensure timely delivery of products
• Participate to market segmentation and marketing plan with development of action plan
• Achieve targets set by Cluster Manager regarding no of leads
• Attend each and every customers to covert enquiries into orders
• Maintain enquiry data in Quote Monitor on a daily basis
