Platform Analyst

About the role

Coordinate and configure core procurement platforms, including user roles, permissions, security, approval workflows, and system settings across Ivalua and adjacent source-to-contract tools. Complete approved configuration and access changes in line with governance standards. Serve as the platform subject matter expert on functionality, reporting, analytics, and leading practices.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and configure core procurement platforms, including user roles, permissions, security, approval workflows
• Serve as the platform subject matter expert on functionality, reporting, analytics
• Identify and transform business requirements into system updates and process refinements that advance quality, delivery, cost, and the end-user experience
• Lead user acceptance testing and release readiness
• Deliver Tier 2-3 support by managing the support ticket queue, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, and escalating policy, build
