- Define and maintain the O2C technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish platform standards, governance models, and solution architecture principles
- Manage platform health, technical debt, lifecycle planning, and upgrade strategy
