About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Platinum Banker - Inbound to manage high-value transactions and ensure operational excellence at the branch. This role involves servicing walk-in customers, generating leads, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

What you'll do

Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold
Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations
Coordinate and support branch audits
Deliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunities
Review end products and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above
