About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Platinum Banker - Inbound to manage high-value transactions and ensure operational excellence at the branch. This role involves servicing walk-in customers, generating leads, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

What you'll do

• Generate leads for New-To-Bank customers and cross-sell products such as Term Deposits (TD), Mutual Funds (MF), CASA, and Gold
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance across all branch operations
• Coordinate and support branch audits
• Deliver service excellence to enhance customer retention and cross-sell opportunities
• Review end products and clear transactions of ₹10 lakhs and above
