About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Platinum Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers. This role involves offering personalized banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products, while ensuring superior customer service and compliance with bank policies.

What you'll do

• Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets
• Deliver high levels of customer service while ensuring adherence to bank policies
• Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events
• Coordinate with group companies to offer seamless access to other financial products
• Maintain complete relationship records for assigned customer accounts
