Playback Ops Sys Dev Engineer, Playback Operations Systems Group

About the role

The Playback Ops Systems Group build and maintain reliable, high performance customer experience monitoring tooling and infrastructure. • When issues arise—latency spikes, availability drops—you collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve them quickly
• Mid-morning shifts to development: enhancing automation scripts, improving device monitoring workflows
• Afternoons bring cross-team collaboration—troubleshooting priority tickets with encoding and operations engineers, deploying fixes before high-profile events go live
