PMaaS- Project Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering and budgeting through design coordination, vendor management, implementation, testing, and project closeout. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project governance, budget control, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams in enterprise workplace technology environments.

What you'll do

• Project Planning & Requirements
• Manage multiple AV and workplace technology projects simultaneously
• Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and client teams
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, resource plans, and Statements of Work

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
