PMO Analyst

We are looking for PMO Coordinators to help keep our Global Business Services (GBS) projects organised and moving.

What you'll do

• Gather progress and forecast inputs, follow up missing updates and support project planning
• Maintain action, risk, issue, dependency and decision records, ensuring information is maintained to high standards
• Coordinate project governance meetings, inputs, actions and follow-up
• Support Stage Gate readiness, evidence and closure of conditions; Stage Gate decision-making would remain with the relevant accountable leaders in accordance with our…
• Support milestone tracking and flag missing or inconsistent plann information to the local Governance Analyst
