PMO Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Manager to establish strong project governance, improve delivery visibility, and ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets. The role will work closely with Project Managers, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and senior leadership to track progress, identify risks, and drive timely decision-making.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain project governance frameworks, processes, templates, and reporting standards
• Track multiple projects across timelines, milestones, scope, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Prepare and present project dashboards, MIS reports, portfolio updates, and executive summaries
• Monitor project health using RAG status and proactively highlight risks, delays, and dependencies
• Drive regular project reviews and ensure action items are assigned, tracked, and closed on time
