About the role

As an Assistant Manager – PMO, you will support the planning, execution, and governance of DISCO initiatives by enabling effective coordination, tracking, and stakeholder management. The role focuses on budgeting and administration, project tracking, internal and external collaboration, and driving cultural and outreach initiatives to ensure smooth operations and measurable impact.

What you'll do

• Support budgeting, expenses, approvals, contracts, and administrative processes for DISCO
• Coordinate with functional heads and teams to drive smooth execution of initiatives
• Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external collaborations
• Drive cultural initiatives, ideation sessions, and team engagement activities
• Support ecosystem outreach with industries, organizations, and universities

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• Stakeholder management
