Portfolio Lead-Credit Cards

About the role

The position will be responsible for owning, strategizing and managing CC portfolio & P&L for all CC variants within the Millennial & Secured segment as well as leading marketing communications and content strategy. Hold key marketing GTM verticals for new launches as well as manage product changes across elements

What you'll do

• Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
• Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
• Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and segment’s strategic objective
• Act as a product evangelist understanding the segment awareness and build an awesome customer experience
• Drive and achieve the agreed business plan and P&L metrics though sales support and interventions
