About the role

We're looking for someone who has: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Marketing or a related field preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in portfolio management, pharmaceutical business development, licensing or strategic partnerships.

What you'll do

• Drive portfolio strategy across global markets
• Lead high-impact licensing and growth initiatives
• Lead the strategic planning and management of the product portfolio across its entire lifecycle
• Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies aligned with business and financial objectives
• Drive annual portfolio reviews, product rationalisation and lifecycle optimisation initiatives
