What you'll do

• Manage and monitor the Personal Loan portfolio to ensure portfolio health and profitability
• Track portfolio performance metrics such as disbursements, utilization, delinquency, roll rates, and customer retention
• Engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition referrals and repeat business
• Analyze portfolio trends and identify risks impacting business performance
