About the role

Responsible for ensuring regulatory and audit compliance by collaborating with internal teams (compliance, finance, audit) and providing timely data to RBI, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee portfolio quality, ensuring security, documentation, and cash flows are in line with sanction terms.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring regulatory and audit compliance by collaborating with internal teams (compliance, finance, audit) and providing timely data to RBI, auditors
• Oversee portfolio quality, ensuring security, documentation, and cash flows are in line with sanction terms
• Drive project management efforts for process improvements, including technology tie-ups and credit automation
• Track key business performance metrics (e.g., Average Book, NII, C/I, ROA) and prepare regular updates for senior leadership
• Lead client engagement initiatives and market intelligence efforts to enhance WSB’s presence, cross-sell products, and improve ROA
