Post-Production Manager

About the role

As Post-Production Manager , you'll lead video editing at Headout, building the team, systems, and creative standards that make great travel content possible at scale. We create long-form and short-form videos that help millions of people make better travel decisions. From explaining the London Underground to breaking down museum tickets or navigating an unfamiliar city, our videos turn complicated information into something simple, useful, and engaging.

What you'll do

• Define what great looks like across storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, visual clarity, and audience retention
• Own the pipeline from asset handover and first cuts to feedback, quality checks, and final delivery
• Build workflows, templates, and reusable visual systems that help the team produce better videos, faster
• Mentor them, strengthen their editorial judgement, and build a culture of ownership and constructive feedback
• Turn information people are actively searching for into content they find useful and enjoyable

What you need

• 4–6 yrs of experience
• Motion design
• Video editing
• Any graduate
