Power Electronics Design Lead

About the role

Lead the end-to-end development and integration of advanced power electronic systems for renewable energy, and industrial automation. system architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to global safety and performance standards.

What you'll do

• Development and integration of power electronic systems—including AC-DC, DC-AC, and DC-DC converters, inverters, renewable energy platforms, and industrial converters
• Work on electrical engineering lifecycle: Requirements → Architecture → Detailed Design → Prototype → Validation → Certification → Production support
• Define system architecture, topology, requirements , and interface specifications for industrial power converters, charging platforms, high-voltage drivetrain systems
• Guiding designs from concept to mass production
• Collaborate cross-functionally across hardware, software, mechanical, integration, testing, production

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
