What you'll do

  • Operate mechanical power press machines for sheet metal parts: blanking, piercing and bending
  • Fit and set dies on the press as per the job
  • Check part measurements and maintain quality as per drawing or sample
  • Follow safety practices while running the press
  • Keep the machine and work area clean and report any machine issues to the supervisor
