PPSL - CLM & Growth Management - P4B(Experience : 6-9 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth & CLM Leader to own growth for the Paytm for Business app across activation, engagement, retention and winback, with a strong focus on service/product journeys. The role will build a data-led growth engine through analytics, experimentation, lifecycle marketing and AI/agentic automation, while leading a high-performing Growth & CLM team.

What you'll do

• Own app growth across activation, engagement, retention, monetization and winback
• Drive growth for key service/product journeys and optimize critical user funnels
• Build and scale CLM programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, personalization and funnel optimization
• Leverage AI/GenAI and agentic capabilities to automate and improve growth and CLM
