About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth leader to drive business growth across Card payments and Pay By Link (PBL) within the Paytm for Business ecosystem. The role will own key growth metrics, including Card GMV and transactions and PBL GMV and Monthly Active Users (MAUs).

What you'll do

• Own and drive Card GMV and transaction growth through targeted acquisition, activation and engagement strategies
• Increase card acceptance and adoption among merchants and drive deeper usage among existing card-transacting merchants
• Improve the percentage of active card-transacting merchants and strengthen card penetration and market share
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction frequency, average transaction value and overall merchant contribution
• Develop strategies to retain and grow high-value card merchant cohorts, with a focus on the 80/20 principle and Pareto-based cohort management
