About the role

Credit Risk is the core of this role. You've lived inside it, built scorecards, owned underwriting policies, and sat across CROs who thought they had it all figured out. That depth is non-negotiable. Insurance and Wealth Tech are growing parts of the practice, you'll bring the same rigour and consultative edge there too.

What you'll do

• Lead Credit Risk Solutions, deeply and end-to-end
• Build next-gen Credit AI solutions: scorecards, decisioning engines, portfolio risk tools, collections optimisation, early warning systems
• Challenge client models and strategies with first-principles thinking and offer something demonstrably better
• Engage across the full lending lifecycle, bureau data, alternative data, and policy design
• Extend into Insurance & Wealth Tech

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
