What you'll do

• Define and execute the software engineering practice strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build differentiated capabilities across Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, Payviders, and Life Sciences
• Drive technology roadmap, innovation initiatives, competency development, and investments
• Establish and strengthen capabilities in Cloud Platforms, Embedded Software, Medical Device Software
• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and engineering best practices
