About the role

We are seeking a and experienced Practice Manager, Identity Governance to lead and grow our Identity Governance practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Identity Governance solutions and services to our clients, while with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services to clients, including presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation
• Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with well-defined scope, timelines, and costs
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering professional growth and building technical and consulting expertise
• Collaborate with other practice leaders and sales teams to support cross-sell opportunities and organizational growth
