About the role

As an Investment Associate, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to - Deal Sourcing & Market Research Identify emerging startups, sectors, and investment trends Investment Evaluation Analyse startup business models, unit economics, financial statements, and growth metrics Portfolio Support Monitor portfolio company performance against KPIs and investment theses

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem participants
• Conduct industry mapping and competitive landscape analysis
• Conduct market sizing, customer analysis, and competitive bench-marking
• Support due diligence processes including commercial, financial, operational, and legal reviews
• Prepare investment memos, screening notes, and presentations for internal investment committees
