Pre Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in VoIP, Dialer, and Asterisk-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing telecom solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in delivering effective communication solutions to customers.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients to understand technical and business requirements
• Design and propose VoIP and Dialer-based telecom solutions
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients
• Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams for solution finalization

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
