About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive to relationship management, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales. you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply!

What you'll do

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
• Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
• Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
