About the role

The Engineer – Precast Execution is responsible for managing the safe, timely, and accurate installation of precast elements such as columns, beams, wall panels, staircases, and slabs at the project site.

• Conduct pre-erection checks to ensure foundation or substructure readiness, presence of embedded plates or sleeves
• Supervise the lifting, placing, and fixing of precast components such as columns, beams, walls, facades, staircases, and slabs, ensuring stability, safety
• Ensure proper application of grout, sealants, and connection systems (e.g., bolting, welding, dowels) as per design details
