About the role
In this role, you will work as an embedded member of DESRI’s Preconstruction team, executing delegated tasks assigned, reviewed, and owned by U.S.-based Precon Leads.
What you'll do
- Operate as an embedded member of the Preconstruction team, participating in project calls, email traffic
- Support consultant proposal solicitation and comparison — reaching out to EORs, geotechnical firms, and other consultants against provided SOWs, tracking responses
- Support RFP preparation and data room setup — compiling and formatting RFP packages, drafting standard RFP sections from established templates
- Coordinate EPC outreach logistics for RFP preview and release, tracking confirmations, managing distribution lists
