PreSales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Specialist to support the US sales organization in managing customer-facing pre-sales activities for cybersecurity and compliance services. This is a mid level pre-sales position involving requirements gathering, proposal development, customer presentations, RFP responses, internal coordination, service positioning, and opportunity support.

What you'll do

• Support sales opportunities related to managed security, cybersecurity assessments, compliance, vulnerability management, security testing, and related services
• Participate in discovery calls to understand customer business needs, current challenges, required services, timelines, and decision criteria
• Ask relevant follow-up questions and document customer requirements accurately
• Prepare customer presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, service summaries, and statements of work
• Map customer requirements to standard service offerings, capabilities, deliverables, and outcomes

What you need
