We are seeking a Pricing & Competitive Strategy Specialist to support sustainable business growth by shaping pricing strategies, optimising commercial decisions, and delivering market-backed insights. This role combines analytical pricing expertise with an understanding of market dynamics, ensuring commercial decisions are aligned to organisational objectives, competitive positioning, and customer value.

What you'll do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models, tools, and reporting mechanisms
• Monitor pricing performance, analyse outcomes, and present insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead annual pricing refreshes, including cost updates, overheads, target margins, and pricebook revisions
• Act as a subject matter expert for digital pricing tools, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement
• Safeguard the integrity and accuracy of pricing data, business logic, and cost inputs
