The Amazon Now OTR Strategy team defines how Delivery Partners are compensated and how pricing mechanisms scale across India's fastest-growing quick commerce network. If you want ownership, visibility, and the chance to build something at scale — this is the team for you.

What you'll do

• Your day typically starts with a quick review of overnight delivery cost metrics and flagging any rate card anomalies across clusters
• Mid-morning you might be on a call with a 3P partner discussing IC benchmarking data, or pulling a SQL query to size the earnings gap in a specific city
• Afternoons are often cross-functional — aligning with Operations on a surge pricing intervention, walking Finance through CPD impact
• Spend time in the field periodically, talking to Delivery Partners directly to understand what the data does not always show

What you need
