About the role

We're looking for someone who has: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification. Deep understanding of healthcare payer ecosystems, procurement frameworks and budget allocation processes. Experience developing innovative access, pricing and funding strategies. Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills across complex healthcare environments.

What you'll do

• Drive national pricing and market access strategy
• Influence healthcare affordability and access
• Develop and implement pan-India pricing strategies that support both commercial objectives and patient access goals
• Design innovative pricing models, funding solutions and reimbursement frameworks across key therapy areas
• Build and execute commercial contracting strategies tailored to different customer and healthcare segments
