10-15 years of proven systems development experience using structured. Comfortable working with ambiguity (e.g. imperfect data, loosely defined concepts, ideas, or goals) and translating these into more tangible outputs. Self-motivated. Capable of working with little or no supervision; but must be a good team player.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and operations
• Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies and methodologies
• Ensure engineering solutions meet business requirements and comply with industry standards
