About the role

We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to provide technical leadership for the enterprise AI platform and AI-powered products. This individual will define architecture, establish engineering standards, drive AI innovation, and mentor engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Define enterprise AI architecture and technology roadmap
  • Lead design and implementation of AI platforms, AI agents, and AI-powered products
  • Drive adoption of GenAI across software engineering, operations, and customer-facing products
  • Establish standards for model selection, evaluation, governance, security, and observability
  • Review architecture and provide technical direction for critical initiatives
