Principal Analyst - Branding and Communication

About the role

As a key member of the Employer Branding and Internal Communications (EBIC) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AB InBev’s image, culture, and reputation—both internally and externally. Your mission is to help position AB InBev as an employer of choice, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure consistent, engaging communication across all channels.

What you'll do

• Work with designers and other members of the communications team to develop multimedia content such as email designs, graphics, and/or videos
• Ensure that all content is aligned with our organization's tone, style, and branding guidelines
• Track and report on the effectiveness of internal communications content and making recommendations for improvement
• Develop new ways to communicate key messages and boost employee engagement, aligned with our culture, values and EVP
• Support in planning, organizing, and executing key employee events and engagement activities throughout the year

What you need
