Principal Architect, Data & Analytics

About the role

The role of Principal Architect, Data & Analytics, will play a pivotal role in strategic data & analytics initiatives. This role will lead a team of technical leads and engineers focused on tools and technologies such as Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other related technologies.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the organization's Data & Analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational priorities, and long-term growth initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data-driven insights can improve decision-making, performance, and business outcomes
• Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data architectures, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions that support enterprise needs
• Oversee the selection, deployment, and governance of analytics technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data accessibility and business intelligence capabilities
• Ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained across all analytics processes, systems, and initiatives
