About the role

Practice Lead – Business Process Reengineering & Transformation | Experience: 18–20 Years | Location: Chennai Business Process Reengineering (BPR) & Transformation Principal Consultant - Head of Business Process Reengineering & Transformation Practice Yes – Domestic and International (client-facing, onsite engagements)

What you'll do

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle BPR and Intelligent Automation engagements from discovery through hypercare
• Own and grow the BPR & Automation practice P&L; develop and execute practice strategy aligned to organizational objectives
• Build and scale a high-performing team of practitioners across BPR, RPA, AI/ML, and process mining disciplines
• Drive pre-sales, solution solutioning, and client advisory for large-scale transformation mandates in DPO - BFSI and Healthcare verticals
• Develop Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for Lean Six Sigma, Process Intelligence and Intelligent Automation
