Principal Consultant - EPM EPBCS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to lead planning and forecasting engagements, gather business requirements, design planning models, and implement scalable Oracle EPBCS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Revenue Planning, Workforce Planning, driver-based forecasting, and management reporting.

What you'll do

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, HR, Sales, and Operations teams
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EPBCS functional designs and provide solutions
• Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks
• Advise clients on planning best practices and Oracle EPBCS capabilities
• Design and implement Revenue Planning applications and build driver-based revenue models
