Principal CRM Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal CRM Tech Lead specializing in CRM Platforms such as Veeva Vault CRM to drive technical excellence of the product – customizations, configurations, application ownership, and seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Application Ownership & Technical Leadership
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Veeva Vault CRM , Veeva Align, Veeva Events Management, Veeva Meeting Hub
• Serve as a design authority , providing architectural guidance for Veeva Vault applications and integrations
• Implement and enforce ITMS (IT Management System) controls , ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management
